Happy Thanksgiving!

After grabbing some coffee and donuts from Dunkin Donuts, we watched the annual Thanksgiving Day football game.

 Who knew Shawn was so good an "American Football".  He won MVP of the game!

 Afterwards, we came home and started cooking.  We had a full spread and everything was delicious!

 After dinner, we went spent some time with friends and enjoyed desssert at the Kempf's house.

Birthday Weekend

Friday night we had a few close friends over to help celebrate Caleb's birthday.  Caleb said, "They're not close.  They're just Marines."

 He got lots of great gifts.  Cody, Daphne and Ezekiel got him a fort making kit, so we made up the bed with a tent and he and Amelia slept under it that night.  (It's still up and he said he's not taking it down:o)

 All four of these friends are just months apart in age.  We are so glad to have them in our lives!

 Saturday was Caleb's last soccer game and it was a cold one.

 Afterwards, they got medals.  Caleb was pretty excited and said, "Yes, now I have two trophies!"

The rest of our weekend was busy with yard work, disguising a turkey as an Elf on the Shelf so it wouldn't get eaten for Thanksgiving (Caleb's homework) and another birthday party.  Only one week until family's here for Thanksgiving!

6 Years Old!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CALEB!!

It really is hard to believe you are already 6 years old.  Each year brings more and more fun and we learn so much from you.  You have such a sweet, tender, caring heart.  You are passionate and have your mom and dad's temper.  You love to ride your bike, play soccer and baseball..  You can't wait to play basketball and football because you "want to play all the sports".  You love all things outdoors and you bring up conversation and ask such deep questions about God and Jesus and Heaven, you amaze us!  I would say I want to keep you this small forever, but it's not true.  Each new day and stage has been more and more fun and we can't wait to see what this next year brings.  We love you beyond words!

Cory & Jennifer Are Married

Finally the big day was here.  We had the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on Friday night.  We ate at A1 Japanese Steakhouse and it.was.delicious!!

 It was a beautiful wedding and we are so happy to have Cory 'officially' in our family!  We love you guys!
