I took a walk one day from our house and up the hill to the tunnel that leads out of Ishikawa. I didn't realize how jungle-y our area was until I actually walked it. This really is a beautiful place!

We are Hoosiers! We are Marines (well one of us is a Marine and the other just tags along for the ride). We are experiencing all that parenthood has to offer...and we love it; most days! In the last 11 years, we have traveled all over this beautiful country, shared in hard times, lived through three deployments, numerous detachments, found our joy in the mountains, grown in our love for each other and in our love for Jesus Christ.
